Story behind our resort

Janka Moreels

Janka Moreels

For 25 years, I thrived in the fast-paced world of corporate banking, holding senior management positions and navigating the high-pressure demands of the industry. I understand firsthand the challenges of constant stress, decision fatigue, and the never-ending pursuit of performance.

I am currently studying craniosacral therapy at a school led by Inka Ticha, an internationally renowned expert in holistic healing, whose work combines profound therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of human well-being.

Over time, I realized that true success isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about balance, clarity, and well-being. Like many professionals, I felt the growing need to step back, reconnect with myself, and find a deeper sense of purpose.

That’s what led me to MyGaia Retreat Resort.

I’m building a Scandinavian-inspired mindfulness retreat in the heart of the Beskydy Mountains, Czechia—a sanctuary designed for leaders, teams, and individuals seeking to reset, refocus, and recharge. My goal is to offer a space where people can step away from the digital noise, experience the power of mindfulness, and return to their work and lives with renewed energy and clarity.

Stay connected for updates on our opening in 2026 and explore how mindfulness can reshape the way we work and live.

Klára Elisová

Klára Elisová

For the past four years, Klara Elisová has been practicing craniosacral therapy on a daily basis, developing a rare depth of sensitivity and skill that makes her a powerful practitioner in the field of psychosomatic healing. Her approach is deeply intuitive, rooted in experience, and grounded in a profound understanding of how the body holds and releases trauma.

Klara spent over a decade living in France, where she absorbed not only the language but a culture of subtlety and elegance that now informs her therapeutic work. She is fluent in both English and French, and her presence immediately puts people at ease—an essential quality in a practice as gentle and transformative as craniosacral therapy.

Craniosacral therapy works with the rhythms of the body, especially the craniosacral system and the autonomic nervous system. It helps release deep-seated physical and emotional tensions, allowing the body to return to a state of balance and calm. Klara has an extraordinary ability to listen—to the body, to the spaces in between words, to what wants to be healed. Her sessions offer not only physical relief but emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and a deep sense of inner grounding.

At gaia retreat & healing resort in Čeladná, Klara brings light - photon therapy into her work as well, further supporting the body’s healing capacities with natural, non-invasive methods. Her dedication, professionalism, and quiet strength make her an invaluable member of our team. She is a steady and inspiring presence for our clients and a core pillar in our mission to bring mindful, body-centered healing to this region.
